shipping Policy

we Deliver the products in a range of 1 day to 3 working days but some products take longer to be delivered. We ship only in the City of Guatemala and the surrounding Areas.

To avoid delays, make sure to enter your address and phone number when you make the purchase. Also, please note that we do not deliver in red zones for the safety of our customers and messengers. If your address is in the neighbouring areas of the City of Guatemala, or near the red zone, we ship with a courier company external. It is possible that you call and ask to come to a meeting point (do not turn in your exact address).

Free shipping

All shipments are free of charge within the City of Guatemala (excluding red zones and areas are not shipping). Shipments in the neighbouring areas of the City of Guatemala have an extra fee of shipment, this fee is to the discretion of the company’s external messaging, we will contact you and give you the total for shipping to have your order filled in. This fee is paid directly to the courier company external.

Shipments in Guatemala city and surrounding areas

Deliveries in the city and surrounding area in occasions the we with bikers themselves. We will contact you when the driver goes to your delivery address.

There are certain areas of the city where we can’t deliver. For more details, please review our coverage.

Some buildings or condominiums do not have secure parking for messengers. In the event that your building or condo may not have a place where our courier can leave the bike and the packages that leads, unfortunately we can not deliver your order in the door of your apartment or office. In these cases, the driver will call you to let you go down for your package and will wait up to 15 minutes.
